Course Overview
This course provides hands-on training for Kybella® injections, the only FDA-approved non-invasive procedure for moderate to severe submental fat. The program includes both didactic and practical training to ensure attendees are fully prepared to incorporate the procedure into their practice immediately.
Course Objectives
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluation for Kybella® injection therapies.
- Explain fat shifting, bone resorption, and other causes of submental fat accumulation.
- Review facial anatomy and Kybella®'s mechanism of action.
- Administer Kybella® safely and effectively using FDA-approved protocols.
- Understand alternative treatments and contraindications.
- Review pre-treatment and post-treatment protocols.
- Learn combination therapies to enhance results.
Who the event is for?
This course is designed for MDs, DOs, DMDs, DDS, NPs, RNs, and other licensed healthcare professionals looking to add Kybella® injections to their aesthetic practice.
Prerequisites
All participants must complete the pre-requisite instructional video prior to attending the hands-on training session. This video provides essential information regarding the anatomy, product knowledge, and injection techniques.
