Workshop Prerequisites

All registered attendees must view the required pre-requisite videos prior to the workshop. Successful completion of these videos is necessary for participation in the hands-on training and certification. Additional educational materials and advanced injection demonstrations are also recommended for a comprehensive learning experience.

Morning/Afternoon Session:
7:45 AM – 8:00 AM: Registration
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Speaker Introduction, review of pre-requisite video for Botulinum Toxin Training. Overview of procedures to be performed during the hands-on session. Q&A session.
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Hands‐On Sessions. Small group breakout sessions with live patients where attendees will administer FDA-approved Botulinum Toxin, Type‐A products, focusing on patient-specific approaches.

Accreditation Details

How do I become Certified to perform Botox Injections?

You need to enroll in and successfully complete training in an accredited and approved Botox Certification Course (be careful, most are not!). Empire Medical Training has certified more physicians and nurses in Botox administration than any other organization in the US or abroad! In the past 26+ years, Empire has graduated over health care professionals and has been awarded the highest level of CME accreditation for its Botox Certification Courses, the AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

The certification process begins with an intensive didactic presentation, including protocols, guidelines, manufacturer recommendations, and Pearls from Empire’s outstanding “Celebrity” Physician instructors. After the Hands-on training on live patients, applicants will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in a variety of Botox techniques followed by knowledge testing. At the conclusion of the Allergan Botox® Training program, attendees who have completed all aspects of the training and passed the proficiency exam will be awarded their Botox Certification.
